Shipping policy

We will ship your order within 2-3 business days of receiving it. For united kingdom orders, please expect delivery within 4-8 business days.

If the address provided during checkout matches the exact address we shipped your order to, and the tracking indicates successful shipment, it is solely the courier's responsibility to deliver it to you. We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages, and in such cases, please contact the courier (Uk ) for assistance if any issues arise.

Tip: If you won't be available at home during delivery hours, we recommend contacting the courier and requesting them to hold your package at a local pickup point. This will help prevent the risk of it getting lost or stolen, and you can conveniently pick it up at your convenience.

The snack smack does not assume responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We cannot provide refunds or credits for packages that the carrier has confirmed as delivered.

After processing your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation notification that includes the package tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

For international shipments, customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs taxes. The snack smack  is not responsible for covering the customs tax.
